Bravissimo Type_Mead - Other Barrel-aged beer brewed with OolongWelcome to Bravissimo the alpha edition of our signature barrel aged Bravo imperial brown ale. The journey of this beer began when we brewed a special high gravity variant of Bravo with chocolate rye malt. After a year of maturation in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, this small batch barleywine was blended back into a lot of traditional barrel aged Bravo. The result is a richer, stickier rendition of this Firestone Walker classic.
