Professional acid dyes are used on all the yarns. After dyeing the yarn is rinsed to remove any excess dye. Even so there may be some slight bleeding the first time the yarn is washed. Recommend washing newly knit items separately. Yarn is hand dyed and there are no dye lots. Skeins may vary slightly.
