A flared pedestal foot serves as the base keeping the tube stable under all the perc power three in total in this water pipe. The 14mm stemless downstem injects smoke or vapor into the piece through a diffy cap while an ice pinch with a six slit diffused dome splash guard keeps the user protected at the opposite end.
