Gut Oggau Winifred Rose 2019 12% (750ml) Bourbon Grapes: BlaufrankischHibiscus Herbal Cranberry Sun tanned, bright and vivacious, with depth and complexity beneath. Grapes are hand harvested and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in used 500, 1000 and 1500 litre barrels. The wine goes through elevage in 500 litre barrels for eight months, with no batonnage.
