DAMIEN JURADO - Where Shall You Take Me? LP (colour vinyl) hard rock the album is of aLimited edition opaque orange colour vinyl. A beautiful album of acoustic songs, very different from I Break Chairs with sparser arrangements and much more of a traditional american folk influence. The subject matter is in places heavy and ominous ("Amateur Night", "Intoxicated Hands") but elsewhere light and funny ("Texas to Ohio", "Matinee"). But mostly these short songs resemble bluegrass and old hymns sung fantastically by Jurado and Rosie Thomas.
