Gotiti new the coffee is dry-fermented forGrown in the lush hills of Ethiopias famous Yirgacheffe region, this coffee comes from the Gotiti community in Gedeb, where coffee farming is part of everyday life. Farmers here deliver freshly picked cherry to the washing station by foot or mule, often traveling through dense forest and steep terrain to get there. Once received, the coffee is carefully washed, fermented, and dried with an incredible amount of attention to detail. Most of the
