Bovio, Langhe Nebbiolo "Firagnetti" Piedmont, Italy 2023 metallica are made with indigenous or100% Nebbiolo Deep ruby red color. The bouquet is young, fresh and fruity, with slight scents of leather typical of the grape variety. On the plate it is young, elegant and slightly spicy. Farmed organically. Fermentation in stainless steel. Ages 6 months in used oak barrels and a few months in the bottle. Bovio is a boutique wine estate located in the heart of the Barolo region, in La Morra, run by the third generation of the Bovio family.
