The rod is in excellent original condition. All sections are full length. The second original tip is missing, otherwise a very nice example of a W&M Victory 8040. The rod features classic ammoniated browntone cane. Rust and black variegated silks. Spiral signature wrap midway between the grip and stripping guide. Blued guides. The black stamping on the butt section
