Based on the location of the stamp and the stamp itself we believe this is vintage Giant Beat and more specifically a "Black Label" model which were from the early 1970's and were slightly lighter than the earlier "White Label" version

At some point in time, this drum was setup to be used as a tom so the strainer and throw off were removed. The snare is also missing two of the 5 1 2" tension rods. One of the bottom swivel nuts is stripped and there is some shell separation on the bottom bearing edge. This drum is stamped as 5204 meaning it was made in April of 1952. These drums featured 3 ply shells,
