Some barrels were mixed with almond shells, pecan shells, peaches and guarapo (sugar cane juice). This created an exciting aroma profile that clearly stands out from the crowd. Aroma: The versatile bouquet presents notes of sweet toffee, tart cocoa, juicy peaches, some vanilla, various nuts, Christmas spices and a hint of smoke.
