2022 TEPHRIT Grauer Burgunder Achkarren trocken Michel have a brand new wineryThe vines of our TEPHRIT wines grow on the west side of the Kaiserstuhl on the cooled lava that was thrown out of the craters of the volcano 16 million years ago. The barren soils are a constant challenge for the vines, especially in the dry summer months. This forces the vines to adapt and naturally ensures a low yield level and even ripening of the grapes.
