70’s Brown Wide Brin Velvet Hat fitted dress has two bows at the1970s wide brim hat. High sheen brown velvet body much like a panned velvet. Seamed deep crown with a top stitched flaring brim. Riding on the front is a twisted wired rust colored ornament. Interior is finished with a melon colored twill fabric along with the standard petersham ribbon. No label. Inner circumference is 22 inches. Brim flares 3 inches in the front and 1 3 4 inches in the back. Crown height is 6 inches. Excellent condition with no
