40’s Cream Polka Dot Dress who tour 1982 I consider this jacket andVintage 1940s dress. Cream with brown, beige and black polka dots throughout. High neck with a V back. Zips up at back. There is no label. Possibly home made. I'm not sure of the fabric. It has a silky feeling to it but I think it might be a rayon blend. In excellent vintage condition! No size on the dress but it would fit a size S best. Measurements (laid flat and doubled) Bust: 34" Waist: 28" Hips: Open size Length: 43"
