The length measured along the outside of the sole is 8. 5", length of insole measured inside the shoe (with tape pressed flat to follow contours of shoe) is 9. 25", width across the widest part of the sole is 3" and heel is 3" high. Volume at ball of foot is 6. 5" ( measuring around and over the top of the shoe at widest part of shoe). They have adjustable straps with metal buckles around back of foot.
