Basically, you can put Roles or other Auras on your opponents stuff to make them unable to attack if you want some of the Roles already do downgrade opposing creatures, and thats probably where this is best, because you dont really want to augment a creature to add this effect
This card would be best suited for a ramp-style deck that focuses on accelerating its mana production to quickly get to the point where it can activate the powerful abilities of Summon: Titan
