I don't think Loot, Exuberant Explorer goes into every Green deck, but I think it's a great option with some extra modality that will go in many Creature based decks

Now, Locke and/or the Phoenix could appear in the 99 for Terras Commander deck in MTG , Revival Trance , as it will partially focus on returning cards from the graveyard

Future sets would start to use this double-faced token technology

7 Breath Weapon Breath Weapon has brought along another board wipe-like card, which is very limited in Pauper

Merfolk, Changelings, Illusions, Im not a huge fan of running them, but I can make an exception when the right card comes along
