Basically, you can put Roles or other Auras on your opponents stuff to make them unable to attack if you want some of the Roles already do downgrade opposing creatures, and thats probably where this is best, because you dont really want to augment a creature to add this effect
So grab your backpack and compass, and lets explore the Jungles most expensive cards
City in a Bottle is one of the few cards that do that, and although its on flavor for the story that inspired it, its odd that it hates on its own set
She also makes all other permanent's her owner controls also have indestructible

The Deck has some setup combos to Summon its Tribute or Xyz Summoned boss monsters, but most of them (aside from "Vampire Voivode") do not provide Quick Effect disruptions, and generally the archetype's only disruption on the opponent's turn is their searchable Counter Trap Card, "Vampire Domination"
