Not going for that in this build and playing against Pernicious Deed made me think twice about including artifact land but I think at least one to be able to tutor up is well worthy
Because theres nothing out there quite as good as power, the person trading it away feels the need to try to get as much value for it as they can
The reason why too many creatures isnt good is that it takes up Instant/Sorcery slots which can have better things in them
