The Fourth Doctor display commander is printed with the foil-etched treatment on a thicker cardstockgreat for showing off your commander but not legal for play

You need to draw a ton of cards just to keep up with the sheer additional card drawing that others drop on you

You can tap it to crew a vehicle each turn, but it suffers from the same problem that many other pilots do: At 1 toughness, its hecking squishy

This build isnt as flashy as some of the others, but I think this is the most promising by quite a bit
