For decks that rely on Will to win, extra redundancy like this is a big deal

I myself am a big fan of adding white to Auras decks, as it unlocks more card draw options such as Sythis, Harvests Hand and Satyr Enchanter

The issue with these cards is mostly in colour intensity, in a three colour deck you might only be able to do a couple of sacrifices per turn which is probably a little slow

Beat down your foes, and then steal their cards - glorious

If getting to the Mad Wizards Lair for another free spell is more your style, then thats an option, too
