Steeply costed at seven mana, Patron of the Nezumi needs heavy black mana production and non-token Rats to offer up

Its an excellent budget commander since most of the cards are Draft chaff deathtouch creatures

That makes it a fantastic mill finisher once you get an engine going or chain a bunch of spells together
