What this does well is add some redundancy to any deck with green, that is able to get to four mana and wants to "Show and Tell" more often
Its not a foolproof strategy, so I wouldnt consider Grazilaxx in the command zone, but it seems like a reasonable support piece

Notably, most modern booster packs include a Rare card and two equally collectible Reverse Holofoils (unless one is replaced by a higher rarity card)
The boost isnt massive, so it cant win that many combats, but the fact that it leaves a permanent buff behind really matters, because it means you effect the board in the short-term and long-term when you can win combat
