As far as the Old School (93-94) card pool is concerned, there are very few win conditions that meet these conditions, but they do exist

Personally I have used them in a variety of commander decks without much issue in multiple playgroups over the years, maybe just the casual "go buy the real card expletive" or general banter, but never outright opposition to their use in casual pods, of course for cEDH I'd always go buy the real card
