I think the first ability making Dragons cost less overall is great, but the second ability is really where I would want to invest the most brain power into drawing giant swaths of cards and dumping powerful permanents like [casthaven]Crucible of Fire[/casthaven] or [casthaven]Coat of Arms[/casthaven] into play

One of the reasons I like CGC is the quick turnaround so that is less of an issue here

The card started an entire generation of Shiny Vault collecting culture

It would just be the artworks that any physical English release would not want you to have

The fact that you can spread out the mana cost over different turns makes it even more versatile

Weaknesses: 230 HP leaves it fragile versus ex Pokmon, especially during the mid to late-game when it is most effective
