The rod weighs 4. 1 ounces on my scale. The original owner's name is inked on the shaft, as is "Sweetgrass" as well as the rod specs. Crisp DF action. The grip shows just a trace of soiling but I could find no other meaningful signs of use, so I suspect this rod was lawn cast or at most used very sparingly.
