"2014 6 03" inked on the blank. Mint condition. The action consists of a fast butt and a softer tip. The blank is a spigot ferrule (which I personally think is better than the sleeve over in many respects) and has a deep maroon color and red wraps with a gold thread here and there at the keeper, ferrules, and tip top. Very fine fittings and
