Charming Welded Copper Folk Art Dachshund things to hang 1930s or 40s or soI'm not sure what parts and pieces were welded together to make this great little dashschund, but I'd guess the body is a copper plumbing fitting of some sort, which was trimmed and shaped at one end to give him an open mouth, and then ears and eyes and legs and tail nailed and or welded on.
