In this batch both peated and unpeated spirit was initially matured in bourbon casks. The whisky was re racked into ex Madeira casks for over two years. The resulting single malt has aromas of stewed plums, sugared almonds and fruit scone followed by flavours of chocolate chips, rosemary stalks and toffee apples. Bottled at 52% abv, un chill filtered and with natural colour.
