Ed Payne Fly Rod 8'9" 3/2 #3/4 8'9" This book was once partAn 8'9" very early Ed Payne, 3 piece 2 tip built with a slow wet fly action for a #3 or #4 line. This rod was refinished by me in the early '80s. Done in chinese red with black edges and chinese red intermediates. Leonard catskill like signature wraps over light colored cane.
