19th Century Giltwood & Bevelled Glass Three Leaf Folding Screen. Full Catalogue complete in three volumesA very attractive late 19th century giltwood and bevelled glass three leaf folding screen, likely French in origin. The screen has three hinged leaves and 28 individual bevelled glass panels, each set in a giltwood frame above a woven silk panel of oriental design which views the same from both sides. There are some minor signs of wear commensurate with age to the giltwood such as to the top of the left panel and nibbles to the extremities in places
