The aromatic hints of muscovado sugar and black pepper intrigue your senses to dive deeper, after swirling in your glass the subtle notes of lavender and fennel rise. On the palate the wine is most elegant with flavors of crme de cassis, bourbon coffee, and sweet mint. While a perfectly laid balance of tannins allow the finish to linger until
