This rod has seen use: there is some oxidation brassing on the ferrules and cap and ring

Powell-style grip 6 7/8" in length with only mild soiling

Dorothy Cardell suffered from bursitis and this is perhaps the reason the ferrules were smaller in an effort to keep the rod weight down

Garrison-style grip measuring 5 3/8" in length with moderate soiling though the cork remains very smooth and could be easily cleaned

Much of the original leaded finish (and lacquer) remains. All original and in excellent condition throughout. Ribbed brass foot and duplicated MKII check. Nice tight reel mechanically. Stunning dark brown agate line guide. Ebonite handle spins freely. Tension regulator works as intended.
