I'd think it has well over a hundred years on it but remains in fine structural shape

I find it all immensely satisfying and have not tired of playing with it yet (and have spent a fair amount time turning that crank

10 7/8" wide x 9" tall x 5/8" deep framed

I'd put the box away and keep the cubes on the table--the colors on it are gorgeous

This is really a wonderful box

H Adaire of Spring Grove, PA, dated 1905 I bought and sold a handful a month or two ago, then just went back to the seller to scoop up a handful more. Just my sort of naive and exuberant drawings. This is a smaller one relative to the others, but what a bold peacock in bright scarlet! Great ink drawn detailing on the feathers under the read, and just the right fancy cursive lettering on the branch to suit the subject! 6"
